David L. Therrien,
Director
A licensed real estate agent in Maryland,
Dave holds degrees in Law, Psychology, General Studies,
a minor in Computer Science and certification as a
Cryptologist. He is a former U.S. Marine and
retired Naval Officer. Dave has been the
CEO of a larger title insurance agency operation,
was employed as a Realty Specialist with the U.S.
Marshalls Service, has occasionally been a guest speaker
at the University of Baltimore, School of Law on residential
contracting practices in Maryland and writes on real
estate subjects as Professor eHome, "Real Estate's
Internet Answer Man". Dave is a member
of the Anne Arundel County Association of Realtors
and a member of the Association’s County and
State Legislative Committees. Dave also serves
on the Subscriber Advisory Council for the regional
MLS.
Alexander R. Fakeri,
Director of Technology
An Information Technology Specialist, Alex holds
a degree in Business Management. He has pursued advanced
studies in the Human Factor Theories of Design and
Usability. Alex has worked in the IT Industry
since 1994 and has extensive experience in the areas
of Customer Relationship Management Design (CRM),
Web Design, and Project Management. He gained
his expertise working with organizations such as;
Advertising.com (a world leader in Internet Advertising),
the U. S. Department of Treasury as a lead consultant
for a Y2K project and most recently as the Director
of Quality Assurance for Multicity.com. Alex
is also a member of the Talisma Advisory Council and
the Anne Arundel Technology Council.
